A Gift of Learning and Hope
On October 21, 2025, Para Primary School — nestled within Murchison Falls National Park — became the center of a heartwarming act of generosity. Entikko Safari Lodge, represented by its General Manager Mr. Cui Daxin, donated school supplies valued at UGX 6 million to support children’s education. The donation was made on behalf of Mr. Zhang Zhigang, Chairman of Tian Tang Group, reaffirming the lodge’s long-term commitment to empowering local communities through education.
The ceremony brought together key stakeholders, including Mr. Fredrick Kizza, Chief Warden for the Murchison Falls National Park, and four Deputy Directors from the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), reflecting the power of collaboration between tourism, conservation, and education.
A Celebration of Community
The day began with smiles and songs as UWA officials and Entikko’s management team were warmly welcomed by the pupils of Para Primary School. The joyful energy set the tone for a memorable day, filled with gratitude and laughter.
During the ceremony, Entikko Safari Lodge presented a range of essential learning materials — school bags, stationery, exercise books, and sports equipment — to benefit the school’s 747 students and their teachers. Children proudly wore their new backpacks and displayed footballs as laughter echoed across the school compound, symbolizing a brighter future ahead.

Ms. Marian, the headteacher of Para Primary School, expressed deep appreciation for Entikko Safari Lodge’s support, noting its direct impact on the school’s academic and social life. Mr. Kizza, speaking for UWA, praised Entikko’s efforts, calling it “a perfect example of responsible tourism that uplifts communities while protecting nature.”
Mr. Cui Daxin reaffirmed Entikko’s vision to create meaningful connections between guests, nature, and local communities.
