Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. VIP Cottages and Family Cottages require full payment at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Child Policy
Children under 5 years stay free when sharing with full-paying adults (max. 2 children). Children 5-15 years pay the child sharing rate. Guests 15 and above pay the full adult rate.
Cancellation Charges
35-25 days before arrival: 10% charge. 24-10 days: 25% charge. 9-3 days: 50% charge. Within 48 hours, no-shows or early departure: 100% charge. Deposits are non-refundable outside verified exceptional circumstances.

Check-in from 12:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with lodge management.
